Pioneer Acquisition I Corp (PACHU) has successfully completed its initial public offering, selling 25.30 million units at $10.00 each.
The gross proceeds from the offering reached $253 million before deducting underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses.
Trading for the units began on the Nasdaq Global Market on June 18, 2025.
