Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (BR) announced its agreement to acquire Acolin. The acquisition will establish a strong pan-European fund distribution network.
It will provide broader and more efficient access to investors and distribution partners.
This move supports the continuous transformation and improvement of fund distribution for asset managers globally.
The transaction is expected to close in the first half of Broadridge Financial Solutions’ 2026 fiscal year, pending regulatory approvals.
Michael Tae stated that Acolin’s fund distribution technology and compliance capabilities complement Broadridge’s distribution data, intelligence, and regulatory communication solutions, creating a simplified and modernized process for launching and distributing funds in Europe.
