Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has completed its acquisition of Juniper Networks, Inc. This move positions Hewlett Packard Enterprise to lead in the AI and hybrid cloud market with a cutting-edge, cloud-native, AI-driven IT portfolio featuring a full modern networking stack.
The transaction doubles the size of Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s networking business and offers customers a comprehensive suite of networking solutions.
It also accelerates the shift toward higher-margin, high-growth areas, setting the stage for long-term profitable revenue growth. Following the acquisition, Juniper Networks common stock will cease trading and be delisted.
