Jeffs’ Brands Ltd (JFBR, JFBRW) completed the acquisition of Fort Products Limited on July 7, 2025, transferring all outstanding shares to Fort Technology Inc. in exchange for 100,000,000 common shares of the acquirer.
Following the closing, Fort Products became a wholly owned subsidiary of Fort Technology Inc. (FORT), which changed its name from Impact Acquisitions Corp. and its trading symbol to FORT.
This transaction is set to enhance Fort Products’ innovative e-commerce platform, focusing on high-margin products sold on the Amazon Marketplace, to fuel growth in global online retail markets
