Viewbix Inc. (VBIX) announced the closing of its previously announced private placement of approximately $4.5 million shares of the Company’s common. In connection with the offering, Viewbix issued a total of 925,923 units and pre-funded units.
The common units were sold at a price of $4.86 per unit. The company expects to use the net proceeds from the offering, along with its existing cash, for general corporate purposes and working capital.
Following the transaction, Viewbix plans to continue its previously announced process to identify and explore potential new business opportunities, investments and activities in a variety of new sectors.
