Alpha Edge Media, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Aether Holdings, Inc. (ATHR), announced the acquisition of AltcoinInvesting.co, marking Aether Holdings’ entry into the fast-growing digital asset content vertical and the first step in its strategy to expand financial newsletter platforms alongside SentimenTrader.com.
Alpha Edge Media acquired all of AltcoinInvesting.co’s operational assets, including intellectual property and subscriber base, in an all-cash transaction. This move underscores Alpha Edge Media’s commitment to growth.
