Cohen & Steers (CNS) released its Q2 2025 financial results after market close.
Revenue for the quarter came in at $136.13 million, slightly below the estimated $136.39 million.
Adjusted earnings per share were $0.73, also just under the expected $0.76.
Compared to the same quarter last year, revenue increased by approximately 11.9%.
Earnings grew by about 7.4% year-over-year, rising from $0.68 to $0.73.
Revenue fell marginally short of analyst estimates by $0.26 million.
Earnings per share missed projections by $0.03.
