Verizon Communications (VZ) reported its Q2 2025 financial results before market open.
Both revenue and earnings showed growth compared with the year-ago period.
The company posted revenue of $34.5 billion and adjusted earnings of $1.22 per share for the quarter.
Revenue exceeded estimates of $33.57 billion, while earnings surpassed the $1.19 estimate.
Compared to the same quarter last year, revenue increased by approximately 5.2%, and earnings rose by about 6.1%.
The FY 2025 earnings outlook was revised to a range of $4.64 to $4.73, compared to the estimate of $4.68.
