Astrana Health, Inc (ASTH) announced it closed the acquisition of Prospect Health on July 1st, 2025.
The company completed the acquisition for a total purchase price of $708 million, down from the initially announced $745 million.
Astrana is updating its full-year 2025 guidance to total revenue between $3.1 billion and $3.3 billion.
Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be between $215 million and $225 million.
