Aduro Clean Technologies Inc. (ADUR) has granted a total of 743,500 stock options to certain directors, officers, employees, and consultants of the company.
These options are exercisable for five years from the date of grant at a price of $13.50 per common share. The options will vest monthly over two years from the grant date.
Additionally, Aduro Biotech granted 100,000 restricted share units to a company consultant.~ Each restricted share unit entitles the holder to receive one common share upon vesting.
