Apollo (APO) announced that funds managed by its affiliates have agreed to sell their interest in MAFTEC Group Co., Ltd.
Tetsuji Okamoto, Lead Partner, Japan, and Head of Private Equity – Asia Pacific at Apollo, said they are confident that MAFTEC is well-positioned for long-term growth.
They wish the entire team continued success in its next chapter.
The transaction involving Apollo is expected to close in the second half of 2025.
