The impressive jump follows Aptorum Group Limited’s announcement of a definitive all-stock merger agreement. Under the deal, DiamiR Biosciences will become a wholly-owned subsidiary while retaining its name. Both companies’ boards have approved the merger, which is anticipated to close in Q4 2025.
