Bit Digital, Inc. (BTBT) has priced an underwritten public offering of 75,000,000 ordinary shares at $2.00 per share.
The total gross proceeds from the offering will amount to $150.0 million.
Bit Digital plans to use the net proceeds to purchase Ethereum.
The offering is expected to close on or about June 27, 2025.
