Blink Charging Co. (BLNK) announced the acquisition of 100% of the equity of Zemetric, whose solutions are designed for high reliability and core interoperability.
The transaction is expected to close on or before July 11, 2025, with Zemetric’s founding team joining the leadership at Blink.
