Brera Holdings PLC (BREA) announced the completion of the final closing for its acquisition of a 52% majority ownership stake in Italian Serie B football club SS Juve Stabia srl.
The club is known as “The Second Team of Naples.”
This transaction aligns with Brera Holdings Inc. (BRR) strategic vision to drive revenue growth.
It also aims to enhance operational efficiencies.
Furthermore, it focuses on long-term value creation through its MCO platform.
Daniel McClory, Founder and Executive Chairman of Brera Holdings, stated that the final closing marks the successful completion of their majority investment in Juve Stabia.
