Cheetah Mobile Inc. (CMCM) revealed that a majority-owned subsidiary has entered a definitive agreement to acquire a 60.8% equity stake in Shenzhen UFACTORY Technology Co., Ltd. for approximately RMB99.5 million.
Post-transaction, the two subsidiaries will together hold about 80.0% of UFACTORY’s total equity, translating to Cheetah Mobile’s ultimate beneficial ownership of roughly 75.8%.
This acquisition is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025.
