Eaton (ETN) has agreed to acquire Ultra PCS Limited from the Cobham Ultra Group for $1.55 billion.
The acquisition is expected to enhance Eaton’s overall performance through Ultra PCS’s strong growth in its high-margin business.
John Sapp, president of Eaton’s Aerospace Group, highlighted that combining Ultra PCS products and aftermarket services with Eaton’s offerings will better serve customer needs with advanced aerospace solutions.
The transaction with Acme Corporation (ACME) is anticipated to close in the first half of 2026.
