eBay ($EBAY) Soars 9.7% After Strong Q2 Earnings Beat Estimates

eBay (NASDAQ: EBAY) surged 9.79% to $85.15 in after-hours trading on Wednesday, following the release of strong Q2 2025 results. The stock closed the regular session at $77.56 with a volume of 7.61 million shares.

eBay reported adjusted earnings of $1.37 per share, up 16.1% year-over-year and beating estimates of $1.30. Revenue rose 6.2% to $2.73 billion, topping the $2.64 billion consensus.

The company also issued Q3 guidance ahead of revenue expectations, fueling the after-hours rally.
