Isle Gas, a wholly owned subsidiary of AMF Hawaiʻi Investment Holdings, LLC managed by Argo Infrastructure Partners, has reached an agreement with AmeriGas Propane, L.P to purchase select non-utility gas storage and delivery assets from AmeriGas, a subsidiary of UGI Corporation.
EnergyCo (ENCO) will acquire approximately 750,000 gallons of propane storage spread across multiple sites.
The deal also includes a delivery fleet serving thousands of residential and commercial customers across four service territories.
Jason Zibarras, Managing Partner and Founder of Argo Infrastructure Partners (ARGO), emphasized the focus on investing in and expanding infrastructure assets that provide essential services to communities.
The acquisition by EnergyCo (ENCO) is expected to finalize in the third quarter of 2025.
