FiEE, Inc. (MINM) announced it has entered into an asset purchase agreement with Suzhou Yixuntong Network Technology Co., Ltd.
The deal includes the acquisition of intellectual property and fixed assets for a total purchase price of USD 1,400,000.
The acquisition was structured as a simultaneous sign and close transaction and completed on June 30, 2025.
This move will enable FiEE to expand its service offerings across enterprise and consumer markets.
It will add essential tools by linking market-facing content capabilities with backend infrastructure and compliance solutions.
Rafael Li, Chief Executive Officer, stated that integrating Yixuntong’s advanced authentication, file transfer, and KYC technologies enhances the platform’s capabilities and creates new revenue streams.
