Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited has appointed Mr. John Peter Ben Wang as an independent non-executive director, effective June 13, 2025.
Mr. Wang will chair the audit and risk committee, and also serve on the compensation and nominating and corporate governance committees.
Chairman and CEO Lawrence Ho expressed enthusiasm about welcoming Mr. Wang, highlighting his qualifications and experience as valuable assets to the Company.
