La Rosa Holdings Corp. (LRHC) announced a strategic agreement through its subsidiary, La Rosa Realty LLC, partnering with The Agency Dominican Republic to secure co-broker rights for marketing and selling units of the IBIS Romana Bayahibe project in the Dominican Republic.
The agreement also grants exclusive rights for all IBIS sales in Puerto Rico. La Rosa will actively participate in Dominican Republic sales and serve as the exclusive sales agent in Puerto Rico, targeting a high-potential Latin American and Caribbean buyer base.
