ManpowerGroup (MAN) released its Q2 2025 financial results before the market opened.
The company reported revenue of $4.52 billion, surpassing estimates of $4.34 billion. Adjusted earnings came in at $0.78 per share, beating the estimated $0.71.
Compared to the same quarter last year, revenue remained flat with no change from $4.52 billion. However, adjusted earnings declined by approximately 40% from $1.30 per share in the prior year.
Looking ahead, ManpowerGroup expects Q3 2025 adjusted earnings between $0.77 and $0.87 per share. This outlook ranges from slightly below to above the consensus estimate of $0.81.
