MP Materials Corp. (MP) has priced an upsized underwritten public offering of 11,818,181 common stock shares at $55.00 each, generating approximately $650 million in gross proceeds.
The company plans to use the net proceeds to accelerate and expand operations, including the 10X Facility, and for general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close on July 18, 2025.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are leading the offering as joint book-running managers.
