Merit Medical Systems, Inc. (MMSI) announced the appointment of Martha Aronson as the company’s new President and Chief Executive Officer. This leadership change will take effect on October 3, 2025.
Fred P. Lampropoulos will remain as Chairman of the Board, President, and CEO of Merit Medical Systems through October 3, 2025.
Upon Ms. Aronson’s appointment, Lampropoulos will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Lampropoulos expressed his pleasure in welcoming Martha to the company and stated that Merit has never been in a stronger position.
