Old Point Financial Corporation (OPOF), the holding company of The Old Point National Bank of Phoebus, announced that its shareholders approved the merger of the company and Old Point National Bank with and into TowneBank.
The transaction involving Old Point Financial Corporation (OPOF) is anticipated to be finalized in the second half of 2025.
