Personalis (PSNL) experienced a sharp decline of 20.57 percent in its stock, trading at $4.48 in the after-hours session on Tuesday 5th August 2025. This drop came after the release of the company’s Q2 2025 financial results.
While the loss per share of $0.23 was in line with estimates and represented a marginal improvement of about 4% from the estimated loss of $0.24, the company’s revenue was a cause for concern.
Personalis reported revenues of $17.2 million, significantly lower than the estimated $20.11 million. This represents a 24% drop compared to the revenue from Q2 2024.
