NW Natural Holding Company (NWN) has appointed Peter Bragdon as a new independent director effective July 12, 2025.
Bragdon will also join the board of Northwest Natural Gas Company, the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, on the same date.
Additionally, Dave Drinkward has been named to the NW Natural board of directors, effective June 30, 2025.
Peter Bragdon currently chairs the board of the Oregon Community Foundation.
He also serves on the boards of the World Federation of the Sporting Goods Industry, the Footwear Distributors and Retailers of America, and the Board of Trustees of Reed College.
Malia H. Wasson, board chair of NW Natural, expressed great excitement in welcoming both Peter and Dave to the company’s boards.
