Plymouth Industrial REIT, Inc. (PLYM) has acquired a portfolio of industrial properties totaling 1.95 million square feet.
The purchase price for this acquisition was $193.0 million.
The portfolio includes 21 buildings featuring highly functional industrial assets.
These properties are located in strong infill areas and offer desirable physical characteristics.
Highlights include high clear heights, ample truck loading capabilities, updated lighting, and modern office finishes.
With this addition, Plymouth Industrial REIT now owns over 12 million square feet of industrial space in Ohio.
