Regions Financial (RF) announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2025 before the market opened.
The company reported revenue of $1.91 billion, surpassing estimates of $1.86 billion. Adjusted earnings came in at $0.60 per share, beating the expected $0.56.
Compared to the same quarter last year, revenue increased by approximately 7.3%. Earnings showed a rise of about 13.2% from $0.53 per share in the prior year.
Adjusted earnings exceeded estimates by $0.04 per share. Revenue also outperformed expectations by $50 million.
