SBC Medical Group Holdings (SBC) has acquired MB career lounge, Co., Ltd. This move brings JUN CLINIC, operated by Medical Corporation Misakikai and supported by MB career lounge, into SBC Medical’s portfolio, boosting diversification and expected revenue stability.
The acquisition enables SBC Medical to speed up regional growth, expand its customer base, and strengthen its business by lessening dependence on any single procedure or location.
Combining forces with MB career lounge and JUN CLINIC, SBC Medical will enhance its aesthetic dermatology and plastic surgery services, improving customer service and positioning the company to meet rising demand for premium aesthetic medical care, said Yoshiyuki Aikawa, Founder and CEO of SBC Medical.
