Yunji Inc. (YJ) announced that Mr. Yeqing Cui has resigned as Senior Financial Director and finance in charge of the Company for personal reasons, effective July 3, 2025.
Ms. Nan Song, Senior Financial Director, will succeed Mr. Cui as finance in charge and report to Mr. Shanglue Xiao, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Yunji.
Ms. Song brings extensive finance experience, having held various roles within Yunji since August 2015. Before joining Yunji, she worked for two years at Zhejiang Xiaoye Network Technology Co., Ltd.
