Strawberry Fields REIT, Inc (STRW) has completed the acquisition of nine skilled nursing facilities.
These facilities, totaling 686 beds, are located in Missouri. The acquisition was finalized at a cost of $59 million.
Strawberry Fields REIT LP (SFREIT) funded the purchase using cash on hand and issued approximately $2.0 million in OP Units to the Seller.
Moishe Gubin, Chairman & CEO, expressed excitement over the sizeable acquisition in Missouri. With this addition, the Company now owns 17 skilled nursing facilities in Missouri and is actively seeking further opportunities.
