TCTM Kids IT Education Inc. ($VSA) Signs Letter of Intent for HopeAI Acquisition

TCTM Kids IT Education Inc. (VSA) has signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire HopeAI Inc.

The agreement involves acquiring 100% of HopeAI’s equity in exchange for restricted Class A ordinary shares of the company, with the amount to be determined by HopeAI’s valuation.

Henry Wang, CEO of TCTM Kids IT Education Inc., highlighted that HopeAI aligns closely with their vision for technological innovation and industry growth.

This acquisition is expected to provide a strong competitive edge in the AI sector and carries significant strategic importance.
