TopBuild Corp. (BLD) has successfully completed its acquisition of Progressive Roofing, a portfolio company of Bow River Capital, in an all-cash deal valued at $810 million.
The purchase was funded through proceeds from TopBuild Corp.’s recently expanded credit facility and cash on hand.
Robert Buck, President and Chief Executive Officer, expressed enthusiasm for welcoming the Progressive Roofing team and highlighted the creation of a new platform for organic and M&A growth in the commercial roofing services sector.
