TuHURA Biosciences, Inc. (HURA) announced that its stockholders approved all proposals presented at the Special Meeting of Stockholders on June 23, 2025.
The merger involving TuHURA Biosciences, Inc. is expected to close promptly after satisfying or waiving any remaining closing conditions.
Among the approved proposals was an increase in authorized shares to 200 million.
Stockholders also approved the plan to reincorporate the company in Delaware.
