The company reported adjusted earnings of $0.01 per share, missing estimates by $0.01 and down significantly from $0.07 year-over-year. Revenue also declined by 13.3% to $19.38 million.
Additionally, UCL revised its full-year revenue forecast downwards, now expecting between $85.00 million and $95.00 million, compared to prior estimates of $95.00 million to $130.00 million.
For Q3 2025, Ucloudlink projects revenue between $22.00 million and $26.00 million, compared to an estimate of $26.50 million, indicating a cautious outlook for the upcoming quarter.
