United Airlines Holdings (UAL) reported its Q2 2025 financial results after market close.

The company posted revenue of $15.24 billion, slightly below estimates of $15.35 billion and up 1.67% compared to $14.99 billion a year ago.

Adjusted earnings came in at $3.87 per share, beating estimates of $3.77 and down 6.53% from $4.14 per share in the prior year.

The FY 2025 earnings outlook was revised to a range of $9.00 to $11.00, lower than the previous guidance of $11.50 to $13.50 and below the estimates of $10.05.
