The Ensign Group, Inc. (ENSG) announced that Christopher Christensen, Executive Chairman and Board member, will retire from both roles effective September 1, 2025.
Barry R. Port, Chief Executive Officer of The Ensign Group, Inc., will assume the position of Chair of the Board starting September 1, 2025.
Additionally, Marivic Uychiat has been appointed to the Board to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Christensen’s retirement.
Her appointment will also take effect on September 1, 2025.
