Bioceres Crop Solutions Corp. (BIOX) announced changes to its Board of Directors.
Noah Kolatch and Scott Crocco will join the Board effective June 24, 2025.
Noah Kolatch is a Principal at Jasper Lake LLC and formerly a Partner at Solel Partners.
Enrique Lopez Lecube, CFO and senior management member at Bioceres Crop Solutions Corp. (BIOX), will step down from the Board.
Milen Marinov, Chief Commercial Officer and senior management member, will fill the vacancy.
These changes take effect on June 24, 2025.
