DoubleDown Interactive Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: DDI) has priced an underwritten secondary offering of 4,347,827 American Depositary Shares.
The public offering price is set at $8.50 per ADS.
This offering is being conducted by STIC Special Situation Diamond Limited.
The Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the ADSs by the Selling Shareholder.
The offering is expected to close on or around June 13, 2025.
